About Brad Zucroff

As a freelance photographer, Brad has shot editorial, portraits, and the Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton 2008 presidential primary campaigns for Polaris Images Agency, assignments for The Guardian, Sunday Times of London, and for Rick Smolan’s collaborative picture book project America at Home. A nationally recognized picture editor, he’s been a picture editor and creative director for Rick Smolan’s America 24/7 national and state book project, and the America at Home and UK at Home book projects. As a staff photographer for United Press International, Brad covered everything from the eruption of Mt. St. Helens and the building of the Alaska Pipeline, to the diaspora following the war in Vietnam. He was on the plane covering the 1976 presidential campaign of Ronald Reagan. Sports events include World Cup skiing in the U.S. and Europe, four Super Bowls and World Series, two NCAA basketball championships, and the U.S. Open, PGA, and Masters golf tournaments.
